Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Platinum Invest (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use our website, Academy, analytical tools and related services (the “Services”). We handle personal information in line with applicable privacy laws, including, where they apply, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. By using the Services you acknowledge this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run the Services:

  • Account information: your email address and password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not visible to us in plain text.
  • Profile information: your name and, if you choose to provide them, phone number, country, preferred currency and profile picture, along with your membership plan and status.
  • Learning records: course enrolments, lesson progress, quiz answers and scores, course completions and certificates (including the name printed on a certificate and its verification code).
  • Information you enter into our tools: property details, addresses, financial assumptions, notes and reports in the Property Analyzer, and goals and progress entries in Save to Invest.
  • Support and applications: messages and details you send through support tickets or an instructor application.
  • Referral activity: a record that you clicked an opportunity or partner link, which item it related to, when, and from which page or campaign.
  • Technical and security data: information our hosting and authentication providers process to deliver and protect the Services, such as IP address, browser and device type, and sign-in events.

2. How we use it

  • To create and secure your account and provide the Services.
  • To record your progress, grade quizzes, and issue certificates.
  • To send service messages, such as email confirmation, password reset and support replies.
  • To provide support, keep the Services safe, and prevent abuse and fraud.
  • To measure referral activity and reconcile it with partners, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure.
  • To understand how the Services are used and improve them, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that host and operate the Services on our behalf, including providers of web hosting, database, authentication and file storage, email delivery and, if and when paid checkout is introduced, payment processing. They may only use personal information to provide their services to us.
  • Third-party providers you choose to visit. When you click a link to an opportunity provider or partner, you leave Platinum Invest and that party's own privacy practices apply. We do not add your name or email address to outbound links.
  • Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to lawful requests or protecting rights and safety.
  • Business changes, such as a merger or sale, in which case the recipient would be bound by this policy.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your session. These are necessary for the Services to work and cannot be switched off in our tools; you can block them in your browser, but you will not be able to sign in.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

5. Where information is processed

Our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States or other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection rules from where you live. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place with our providers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, keep records of certificates and completions, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls and role-based permissions. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent, request deletion, or object to certain uses. You can update much of your profile information yourself from your account page. For any other request, or to make a privacy complaint, contact us at support@platinuminvest.app. We may need to verify your identity, and we may be unable to delete some records where we must keep them by law or to protect the integrity of issued certificates.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
